small lump underneath skin of penis
i was masturbating and i noticed a small lump on the top of the shaft of my penis, beneath the skin. when im soft i dont even see or feel the lump. it doesnt hurt. im going to try to see a doctor but i was hoping for some idea of what it might be. i hope someone can offer some help.

Sounds like it may be an ingrown hair or a cyst , but if it will make you feel better, see a doctor.

i dont know. it feels loose, and when i touch it, it kind of moves around a little.
