Hi,

New, here. Hope this is an appropriate query.

Subject is 60 yrs old and has chronic pain from:

a.) Left varicocele, for which 2 surgical proc's yielded no relief.
b.) 2 hernia patches on left just adjacent to varicocele.
c.) Herniated disc at L5-S1 on (you guessed it) left side.

No particular problem with virility, but about 2-3 hours after an
orgasm, subject experiences -very- serious pain in area of left
crotch.

Now, orgasm puts major strain on testicles, etc, so some unusual
pain is perhaps expected. But it seems worse than any rational
expectation. And it lasts for 2-3 days (too damned long).

For anyone here in the 60+ age bracket, do you have or not-have
unusual post-orgasm pain? Please to describe: where, how long it
lasts, etc.
