Please don't go for the actual enlargement surgery, I've heard it can be a disaster. A doctor somehow injects fat cells into the penis to make it larger. I've also heard sometimes the enlargement procedure makes for lumpy, disproportioned erections and decreased sensitivity. On the other hand I have heard that the lengthening surgery works quite well. That is where a doctor makes an incision at the base of the penis and severs your suspensory ligament, the ligament that makes your erect penis stand up. Of course if you have this procedure done, your penis won't stand up any longer when erect, but of course will still become erect. They say it can add one to two additional inches.
Other than these things I really don't think there's much else to be done. Be aware that there are all kinds of scams out there. The scam artisits know that promises of a larger penis lures many in. They're the ones who are getting bigger, only it's not their penises, it's their bank accounts.
I have heard some herbal supplements work, but only temporarily. I know it's hard to hear, but try to be satisfied with your natural size.
The grass is always greener on the other side of the hill, in other words you perceive that you need a larger penis. Well I wouldnt do it if I were you, even if you are tiny! But I bet that it is only in your mind you think you are small. Provided that you have a working penis that is capable of doing what it was made for then I suggest you accept it s size and work with that. You can make it appear bigger by losing weight if you have any spare pounds, and/or trim your pubic hair a bit.
If you have surgery you risk losing it all. At worst you could actually loose your penis, whether it be to infection or rejected implant material (whichever substance is actually used). At best you could gain a bit of girth, but this may then look out of proportion and you may hate the result. If it is fat injections these are often absorbed into the body so you have wasted your time and money. The dermagraft involves quite a bit of invasive surgery to your penis, so you better be absolutely sure that you will love the results or I would forget it.
As for the cutting the ligament, well do you really want a penis that wont stand up? It is taking one thing away to get another, so again, think carefully.
Go visit some surgeons, see their before after pictures, see the during and imediately after photos, ask to talk to some previous patients, preferably who have (or hopefully had) similar sized penis to you and meet them and look at the results. Feel them (yes really!!), and think if that is what you want. Only then consider actually having it done.
Yes, if the suspensory ligament is severed it won't hurt you, but your penis will no longer stand up when erect. You will be able to acheive the same quality of erection, but your erection will hang straight down between your legs. That's why some porn stars penises look hard, yet hang straight down like they're soft. I have read that severing the ligamnet releases your inner penis, giving you an additional one to two inches. I have seen before/after pictures on websites. I think for best results you will even have to wear some kind of traction device to keep your penis extended until the inner part is out completely.
Don't worry buddy, I doubt ur little buddy is smaller than mine - mines only 3" erect at the most! and when it's not erect it hides like a turtle...literally. The worst part is I gotta kinda pull it out and hold it down when am on the jon....sad stuff eh?
Penis pumps work, but the results are really only temporary. You can severely bruise your penis if you're not careful with a strong pump. Some herbal supplements engorge the penis, but also only temporarliy. Jelqing seems unhealthy to me. It just severely stretches the penis.
If you're serious, find a good understanding doctor and ask about lengthening surgery, (suspensory ligament release). I have read that it can be done on an outpatient basis in about 25 minutes. I'll bet a good general surgeon would do it in his office. You'll need to find a doctor that has experience doing this though. I'd suggest the traction device also, you wouldn't want the procedure to fail due to not doing everything right.
Again, if you're really serious..
