It's hard to say what the chances are, but its not impossible to get an STD orally. It'd probably be more likely though if you had also given her oral, then kissed and such.
STDs can take a while to actually show symptoms. Some STDs don't show smyptoms at all (various forms of HPV for example).
The only way to know for sure is to get tested. It's a good idea to be tested for STDs once you become sexually active, even if just orally. Get tested soon after being with a new/different partner.
It'll also help to know the person a bit before getting phsyical with them. If you just met a person, then hook up somewhere.. you have no idea if that person has an STD or not. So just be careful who you are getting involved with.
The things on your lips that you mentioned-- could be a cold sore (probably not though it there's no pain) could be a small cluster of pimples, could just being your skin. Did it just show up one day, or has it been there for a while? If you do an internet search for Herpes or warts associated with an STD, I'm sure you'll see no resemblance to what you are describing! (Although a cold sore is a form of herpes!)
Anyway.. take care of yourself, know your partners and get tested!!
