and ejaculate volume? I have personally noticed an increasing difficulty in controlling ejaculation and a decrease in volume. Sex has a greater tendency to end sooner than I'd like on occasion. Is there a connection between these symptoms and low T?

It is related. Part of it is hormonal and part is that you may be worried about losing your erection so you want to orgasm quickly before you do. This may be concious or an unconcious decision on your part. Ejaculate volume can also decrease. Proper treatment can improve this.
