My boyfriends testicles can itch so bad on the bottom (mainly where the skin connects to the body) that he can itch them raw. It bothers him a lot because its very annoying. He has said before that it happens a lot to him when he gets out of a hot bath, could hot water make them itch?

Also...
He mentioned to me when he was really young he went to the doctor and the doctor said he had "cow balls" because they were big, and he has alot of skin around them. How common is this, or does it just depend on the person?

my boyfriend had this problem, mentioned the hot water issue and went to the doc...they prescribed him a cream because i guess his testicles (the skin around them) were very very dry and flaky. so basically he had a bad case of dry skin in a weird area. and i have been having bad itchy legs when i get outta a hot shower so i know there dry..& its also the weather for it. So it could be that.

ALSO he could have jock itch. very common. and there is creams for that right in a drugstore.
