what kind of surgery are you guys talking aboout? The only surgery I have heard about for lengthening is the one they cut a tendon somewhere above the penis that allows things to protrude a bit.
The results, from what I understand, are less than spectacular.

Yeah, that's the one Goob. The doc goes in with a small incision very much related to hernia repair surgery or a vasectomy and snips a ligament at the base of the penis. This procedure allows what I've heard referred to as the inner penis to drop down and hang free of the body, giving an increase somtimes of 1-2 inches. After the procedure the penis will hang straight down when hard, just like when soft. Have you ever noticed some of the porn guys hard penises look like that? It'll look like 8-9 hard inches hanging straight down between their legs. With some of them that's probably how they accomplished their length.
That's what I was talking about.
