Please I could really do with some help here. I'm 19 yrs old and haven't had sex yet (I know incredibly aint it...not) so i know the problem i have isn't STD.

I have a series of bumps underneath the foreskin and a couple just near where the head of the penis connects to the shaft, they're not noticable till i have an erection. I've searched the entire breadth of ****** and have no idea whats wrong. They're hard and appear under the skin so I cant pop them (therefore not those papsiles things).
They're not entirely sensitive, except for the ones between the shaft and the head.

I'm too nervous to go to the doctor or tell my parents.

So if any1 could put my mind at rest over this it wud really help.
