26yr old male - Premature ejaculation

It has only started in the last 4-5 weeks.

I used to be able to have sex for 12-15 mins before orgasm.

Now these days I cant pass 2 mins!!!!! Obviously my g/f not happy and we are having arguements because of it. I want to sort the prob out, but I dont know why its happening or what to do?!

I spend some months in Australia this year, and its all over the radio about products you can buy etc. But living in Ireland, and the doc being a friend of the family, I cant go to him.

Is there a product that can be bought in a chemist?

Or do I have to see a doc? I have to admit Id be very embarrassed going to the doc about this problem. I know they see this "type of stuff" everyday. But personally Id find it hard.

So please dont reply with "grow up and go to the doc".

If you have heard of anything either maybe my diet or a product in a chemist designed for this etc, I would really appriciate it greatly.

Cheers in advance
Jonnie

Re: 26yr old male - Premature ejaculation

You could try desensitizing cream to lessen the sensation (Pleasure Balm is one). Or you could try the Masters and Johnson method by masterbating until you are about to climax and then stopping, let the erection go down some and start again...build it up til you are about to hit the "point of no return" and stop... Or have your partner engage you in oral sex...when you feel like you are about to climax...stop and let the erection go down...then start again...you should do this for several days before you have sex again....and with some patience....your worries should soon be at an end
