hi. was just wondering if i could get some advice for my boyfriend. since he began maturing he's never once ejaculated! he feels orgasm as normal and his penis throbs like sperm is coming out but nothing at all comes out apart from a couple of minutes after sex a tiny amount of clear liquid oozes out. we are planning a family in the future and he is very scared and embarassed about this problem hes had since he was young he has never experience

one how old is he? He is having dry orgasms which is a sign that he hasn't started/gone through puberty yet. (I didn't get my frist wet orgasm till I was 16 and that is kind of late)

If he is out of puberty then he should see a doctor.

hes 19 years old and looks alot older than that. he went through puberty at quite an early age and has never had any other problems??

yeah i know. ive had a look on the internet and theres a thing called retrograde ejaculation which basically means that when a man ejaculates but nothing comes out the other end its going back up the urethra into the bladder! strange but mostly happens within guys with diabetes or has been on certain medications.. but my boyfriend has neither?? making an appointment for him to see a doctor hopefully some time this week to see if theres something we can do about it. it really gets him down and i want to help him any way i can. thankyou for your help
