Depending on your age and hormone levels, you will either have nocturnal emissions (wet dreams), your testicles will feel heavy and become painful whenever you are sexually aroused ("blue balls"), your sperm will simply be re-absorbed into your own body (when they die), or, in a worst case scenario, as you get older, you may develop an enlarged prostate. But typically, the cause of that is high estrogen levels (yes, even men have estrogen) and/or high DHT levels.
