Red face condoms=flaccid

Soo.... I just started dating a new guy.. and we had sex a couple times.. but he has troubles with condoms. He gets rock solid and we start having sex but then he starts getting soft. Apparently he has an issue with condoms, they make him flaccid. I missed my pills this month so this is a bit of an issue.

I heard that this was just a mental thing?.. since condoms are built pretty well now the sence that theyre quite thin. Maybe it's an allergy... or.. something?

Why does this happen.. and is there anything to help it?

Re: condoms=flaccid

Oh it's definitly more than just a "mental thing"!!! I hate condoms....doesn't matter what brand, I used to have that problem quite frequently. Don't you notice a difference when a man uses a condom vice not? All of the women I've been with could tell if I had one on and preferred bareback. What brand is he using? There are definitely some brands that are better for sensation than others, but usually those are not as effective for birth control.....go figure! There really isn't much that can be done unless you are willing to have sex with him not wearing one...assuming you are back on your pills again...

Good luck,
