I noticed this little bump on the base of my penis where the vein is about a month ago. It's not visible, I can feel a little bump when I'm masturbating. I also noticed I can feel it the most when I'm in erection stage. When I go over it, it stops me from masturbating because it's very uncomfortable. Is this normal or what could this be? I've never noticed it back then until just now a month ago.
