You provide very littte information, I don't know..

Many men have issues with staying hard. Are you very excited? Are you nervous whatsoever? Issues like these can affect erections. Performance anxiety maybe? I don't know, just try to relax, and if that don't work there's always foreplay - and like the heading of your post said, "oral sex woman". Get her to help you out, good oral works like a charm every time.

Hairier is correct. For a long time putting acondom on for me was an erection killer. I've had to learn to put it on while continuing the mood. In other words I had to stop thinking about it and just do it.

I had the same problem too, where the condom was a complete erection killer. I wasn't even aware of it, on a sub-concious level it would be so bad I was unable to achieve a full erection for the rest of the session. It was incredibly frustrating and a hit on the self-esteem.

I would go into more detail but the OP can't even put together one sentence to communicate his problem - I have doubts he'll be able to understand what I'm typing here
