I don't know what phoinisis is, but it sounds like you're trying to race a car with only three tires installed - If your equipment isn't up to the task, of course you're gonna run into problems... and in life, the last thing anyone needs is more problems to worry about.
Have you seen a doctor about it before? If you haven't it might not be a bad idea...if you need a reason to, well think about the race car analogy I just gave. Go see a doctor. You need to be able to wear a condom if you want to have a sex life.
