| after ejaculation frenulum gets puffy....
I am now 35 and this doesn't happen anymore but when I was younger my penis - the head and specifically the underside - would get all nice and puffy after orgasm. I regarded it as a good thing, the way the skin reacted. Now though I don't have that - the head now seems to shrink quickly and wrinkle -bascially the opposite.
Has anyone else noticed this change? Is it part of aging or did something happen to me? I did have an electric shock injury years ago but I can't figure out what it might have done.
