I used a product similar to the one you've mentioned. Mine was called Semenax and I'm pretty sure it's the same product under a different name. These products are full of vitamins and herbs, and I think the potent ingredient in a semen enhancer is the herb smilax, which just stimulates extra production of semen. I don't think actual sperm is enhanced. There is a big difference in your semen and your sperm. At any rate I had around three times the amount of semen I normally did.

In the interest of the OP (Original Poster), well in my interest, too, do you mean to say your orgasms were also more intense during that time? Or at least they were longer, since you had more stuff to ejaculate, right?
