I don't think that in itself is all that unusual. Keep in mind that your semen is sperm, millions of them little critters, so you will see the "grains." Typically, a faint yellow semen color indicates that you have *not* ejaculated in a while. Men call this a "rusty load" and it is not unusual.
**However** if it does not go away after a few ejaculations, it may be an infection and require a doctor's Rx for antibiotics.

This, on the other hand, is cause for some concern. Swollen lymph nodes require a doctor's attention.
