sperm clumping

lately ive noticed clumpy sperm when i ejaculate. it kinda looks like silicon grains or rice grains, with a faint yellow color to it. I know that my right lymph node is swollen but dows not hurt, but my left side hurts (my left of the groin/ left lymph node) really bad if i hit it directly (like having sex and hitting her groin hard). What do you think is the problem?

Re: sperm clumping

Sounds more like the effects of frequent ejaculation.

Bravo,
I don't think that in itself is all that unusual. Keep in mind that your semen is sperm, millions of them little critters, so you will see the "grains." Typically, a faint yellow semen color indicates that you have *not* ejaculated in a while. Men call this a "rusty load" and it is not unusual. **However** if it does not go away after a few ejaculations, it may be an infection and require a doctor's Rx for antibiotics.

This, on the other hand, is cause for some concern. Swollen lymph nodes require a doctor's attention.
