HI
I AM 21 YEARS OLD,
my penise helh is good.. its about 7'
i musterbate 3 or four times in a week.
mut i get only 1 or 2 munite for finish..
i dont know why its happening so early....
i really woried about my problem..
and i am geting more and more afried to do sex with a women coz i cant do it for longer time. i dont want 30 or 40 munite but i just want normal time...
i want to cure my problem. i need to cure it fully.
i know many pills can give me longer time but i need natural way to get it...
if any body can plz help me....

Go slowly. When you find yourself approaching the inevitable orgasm, stop.
Wait a while. Then, proceed slowly. Do this a few times, each time you masturbate. This will help more than any pill.

tommys right and you could try to masterbate about an hour /30 minutes before the session begins go to the bathroom and do it there...that may help you last longer? maybe.. ..if your just to sensitive then do like tommy suggested.
its worth a try..most women would want you to last longer than that so they have a chance at orgasm too ,but keep in mind most women don't orgasm through intercourse.
