42 year old male , had problems with ED since the age of 18 .Before that everything was totally normal.Since then sex has been very much hit and miss, mostly miss. Although there has been the odd occasion where it seems I could go all night and not ejaculate , most of the time as soon as it comes to penetration ,i lose my erection , and when I do I lose ALL desire in sex. Occasionally I will still be in the mood,and although my erection comes and goes I can usually get the job done.I have tried Viagra, Levitra and Cialis ,all with pretty much no effect.
I have had my testosterone checked a few years ago, and he said it was towards the bottom of the range but normal. I dont remember the words he used ,but something like 11 -14 is normal, and I was 10(though how thats normal I dont know

ok you probably need to get checked again and get the numbers. most men should not be int eh low range. you should be up over 600 - 800 mid to high of normal. most doctors dont understand male hormon problems and will jsut see the normal reading and say you ok. When your not. dont let a doctor write you off. You need treatment. I dont know how you would go about getting a doctor to put you on a treatment plan in London.

I wish you luck in trying to find the treatment you need. You probably need a mri of the pit gland since you've experienced this for so long and at an early age.
