Like the previous reply said, with circumcision goes all natural lube. The glans should in fact always stay moist, but being cut, it alwys will stay dry. Thickening of the top layer of skin on the head will be the result. So try not to mastubate dry, meaning go slow with a bit of lube and dont overkill with rough rubbing of the head. For me that kills to much feeling. I normally shower in the morning and evening and always rub in vaseline onto my glans to replace some most. Do this before you take a shower, so that your penis will not be shining of all the vaseline. You will notive that the head stay quit "moist" for some time and will not stain your cloting. When you swim you will find that the chemicals dry out skin in general. Dont be shy to apply parfume free body cream on your genitals as you would do on the rest of your body. It works for me, hope the same for you.
