I find that when I masturbate a lot of the time I tend to want to *** very soon. I've been practicing kegel exercises and breathing techniques but this doesn't seem to be helping me much. It seems that I have a very short point between my arousal state and point of no return. When I'm about to hit my point of no return I'll try to ease off and calm down a bit but then when I resume I'll be right back at that point within a few seconds. Even if I try going a second time right after it's usually too fast as well.

I've never been with a chick and this problem is really screwing up my self-esteem, I think I'd be too embarrassed to have sex with this issue. I can only imagine how much more intense it would be inside a vagina as opposed to my hand which would probably confound the problem even more. Is this most likely a biological issue? This is making me very depressed...

Edit: Maybe I'd have to focus on pleasuring a woman orally for the most part as opposed to with my penis or get a vibrator or something...

Well, let me allay your fears. For me, being inside the vagina is LESS intense and I orgasm slower than if I MB. And, my girl friend used to screw me up

because she would sense that I was getting ready to orgasm and was trying to stop thrusting and she would bring me off every stupid time.

The reality is, most women cannot orgasm from intercourse alone, anyway. They require clitoral stimulation in order to orgasm. So, that being the case, with most girls that you encounter, it is going to be a process of giving them their orgasm(s) first through manual or oral stimulation, then proceeding to the intercourse phase. And it is not going to matter so much if you orgasm quickly, then.
