Lack of Ejaculation and Mild Orgasms--CAUSES? - Sexual Health - Men Message Board

I'd appreciate some feedback from anyone who has some solid info regarding my condition:

For a few months now my orgasms are accompanied with an ejaculation that is nothing more than a short dribble of a small amount of semen. (I used to shoot a decent amount.) No matter whether brought to orgasm through sex or masturbation. There is not "throbbing" sensation like I used to have. Also, orgasms are very mild compared to in the past, pretty much isolated to a sensation within the penis head. After orgasm, I do not feel satisfied at all.

Any ideas for physical causes of this condition? I am not taking any meds. I appear generally healthy--normal weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. I exercise a couple times a week. No injuries. I'm in my early 30s. No STDs--now or ever. Just had a physical this summer and my overall health got thumbs up. I am currently looking for a urologist who specializes in sexual dysfunction to go see about this issue, but would like some ideas while I am waiting for an appointment.

You sound alot like me...I am a 53 yr old male, who up until 4 months ago was having strong orgasms... Now I maintain a strong erection,and a strong orgasm,but when the [semen] is suppose to come out,there is nothing?Maybe a drop of fluid.

I read somewhere, that diabetics have a similar problem. There are two flaps, sort of like covers.One flap is for urine. When a man has to urinate the flap from the bladder opens,thus allowing him to pee,and at the same time the flap closes shut to stop urine from going into the area where sperm us store. In people like me, when I am getting that strong orgasm, and can feel the [semen], ready to burst out of my penis,the flap that is suppose to open and allow [it] to come out,shuts and is redirected back into the bladder.
