After I Had Sex Last Night About Half An Hour After There Was A Ring Of Swelling Just Below The Head Of My Penis And My Foreskin Wont Pull Back Over The Head So I Slept Assuming It Would Go Away But Its Still There Im Quite Worried And Have No Way Of Getting To The Doctors Any Help Is Much Appreciated

If the sex was a little rough or dry, or if she masturbated you without sufficient lubrication and/or she held too tightly, then you might have some mild trauma that will resolve in a day or two. If it doesn't improve by Monday, then see a doctor.

hi still not any better and it hurts to walk because of it hitting my leg or pants is there anything to put on it to reduce the swelling/pain thanks

if your foreskin is choking off circulation to the head, and the head is turning dark, get yourself to emergency NOW. this is called paraphimosis, and you are in danger of losing your penis.
if it is less severe, you should be able to apply baby oil, or vegetable oil, and get the foreskin to cover your head again. if you need to get the swelling down, crush some ice inside a plastic bag, cover the bag with a towel, and apply it to your penis.
