i am uncircumcised and today i recieved a hand job from my girlfriend. my foreskin suddenly was retracted and she ended up stroking the penis head. this was quite painful, but i went along with it. when i got home, i retracted my foreskin to see if anything had happened to my penis and i noticed that the skin on the penis head was torn off, similar to a fleshy friction burn. the small area was redder than the rest and much more sensitive.
my question is what can i do to help it heal without visiting the doctor and how do i prevent this in the future? thanks
If I were you, I'd see a doctor to get something to treat that area of your glans; you know that's the only penis your going to have and you certainly want to keep it healthy so it can give you and your partner much pleasure.
Also in the future, have your girlfriend be more careful and not get too rough-- good communication is always important.

I would apply vaseline or some oily lubricant, to keep the head and foreskin from healing together, in case there is an open break. Other than that, you really need to let someone know if they are hurting you. I'd bet it stopped being pleasurable, long before the damage occurred.
