Okay well heres the problem i can pull my foreskin back to the tip but the last 2 sexual experiences i've had have been incredibly painful.I can masturbate fine and feel no pain but once the foreskin is back the bell end is so sensitive its impossible to continue doing anything.I even tried it earlier on i pulled it back and attempted to touch it but it just really hurt.Another thing is about 3 years back i was given oral sex for the first time but that was really pleasurable.

Please is this normal?I just want to be able to have a proper sexual experience.

I am guessing you are new to retracting the foreskin. This hypersensitivity to the point of pain, is typical for people who are just beginning to retract.
Think of it like having your eyes closed for years, and then opening them. Just a little light would hurt.
This typically lasts about a month, to six weeks. In that time, retract every time you urinate, then replace the foreskin. This will help the head adjust.
Don't touch the head without lubrication. It is made for a wet vagina, and a dry fingerprint can feel very rough to a newly exposed head.
No worries, this is normal, and temporary.

What about just plain water in the shower or something i don't have lubricant.What i don't understand is when i first had oral there was no pain but maybe the foreskin wasn't pulled back i'm not sure.

Well anyway thanks alot i was stressing out quite a bit.

plain water should be fine. it's all you need to stay clean. with my shower, it has so much water pressure, I have to turn it down, or it hurts, but I have the most water pressure of anybody outside of the Niagra Falls neighborhood.
