Recently I've noticed what seem to be these two small nicks on my penis head. I can spread apart the skin slightly and it's as though the area has been gouged with a bit of loose skin on either side. It isn't very evident and it doesn't feel painful or anything but I'm wondering how normal this is. I know the penis tends to take quite a beating whether it be masturbation or sex and I guess some wear and tear is inevitable. I hope it's due to that but it still makes me paranoid. Is the penis head really supposed to be that smooth or are some abrasions or very superficial bumps normal?
