I'm pratically the same here, but it's mainly because the shaft skin of my penis is pratically numb to feeling, leaving only my glans, which aren't that sensitive either since I'm circumcised.

Do you have the feeling that touching your penis shaft skin has no effect whatsoever in pleasurable stimulation?

Maybe you are watching too much porn. You don't say under what conditions you try to get an erection but can't..... If you are with a GF and can't, then you have a problem. If you just want to masturbate without having to look at porn, then the problem isn't quite so important.

Maybe you should cut out the porn. After a while, normal erections may return. If not, you may need to see a doctor to see if there is a worrisome health issue.
