Anybody out there experiencing negative sensation they think is nerve related?
For the last couple years I have noticed an increase in various pains on the head of my penis - pin-pricks, some needle-like shooting pain in urethra area, irritated skin against clothing. These are seemingly random but usually worse toward end of the day. The rim of the head and the area right below in on the shaft often feel irritated and plain old not right - even from slight touch of finger - skin feels "tacky" not smooth and instantly pleasurable. I can get erections and the frenulum provides enough for ejaculation but it's like I have to get past all these discomforts to get to the pleasure part.
Head is also often cold - more than I remember - when cold these pinprick pains are worst. Erection does seem to change things but there has also been a consistent background burning feeling that accompanies arousal.

In short, I'm confused - can't really tell if anything is damaged for sure yet my experience with sensation and sex is largely negative and frustrating convincing me something must be wrong.

Any thoughts would be appreciated
