so i can get myself hard, and while getting attention with a mouth or hand it ussually works fine, but when it comes to sex, it jsut doesnt stay up, im thinking there might be a muscle im flexing or something that is cutting o blood flow, or is that jsut a silly idea?

You mean you aren't going as far as penetration? If there is impaired blood flow, then you wouldn't be able to masturbate, either. If you are virgin, it may be lack of experience or subconscious fear. You may need a lot of foreplay and lubrication. Don't worry that much. Just let it happen, and your body will find the way.
