| phimosis and sensitivity
I'm 23 years old and have phimosis. I am able to retract my forskin while flaccid, but it doesn't move smoothly. The glans basically has to "squeeze" it's way through the opening. I can't retract very far at all while erect, because when it's hard it can't squeeze in the same way. I've tried stretching methods and steroid creams and the helped, but can't seem to go any further.
I have no problems with hygiene, urination or pain. My main concern is during sex of course. Since my foreskin does not retract, I'm unable to expose the sensitive glans. I have always had a problem with low sensitivity of my penis during intercourse....it takes me a LONG time to reach orgasm and sometimes I will go flaccid, even during fellatio, because of the low sensitivity of the covered up glans. Because of this, I am seriously considering some kind of surgical correction. Can anyone with this experience tell me if getting my phimosis corrected, and thereby exposing the glans, would improve my sensitivity problems? I wouldn't know, because I have never been able to retract it while erect. I have however, never had problems with masturbation, because that tends to be more "forceful" and so I can overcome the sensitivity issue.
Appreciate any help!
