Hi all,

I was asked on the weekend by a couple if I wanted to have a threesome with them. It was a male and a female party and they are both Bi-sexual. I have had a couple of threesomes before (with two females) and group sex with myself and partner and another couple but we only stayed with our own partners and didn't touch each other. I am very open minded about certain issues but I am not sure about being in the same bed with a bi-sexual guy. I have always been interested in what it would be like with another guy but I am at the same time very nervous. I may at the time be willing to let him do me but I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before. Does it hurt? Would it be better if I did him? Please if anyone has any advice or opinions you have to express let me know. I will keep you posted if I decide to do it or not but I really would appreciate some advice so I know what to expect.

My main worry would be disease. Although oral sex is safer than anal sex it is still a risk and a significant number of men who are HIV positive claim to have caught it from male to male oral sex. He only needs a hole in his teeth or bleeding gums to pass it on. Many bisexual men hang out in beats and have sex with anyone they can pick up so be extremely careful. You said you had group sex with a partner but only with that partner. Are you in a relationship now? If so what would your partner do if she found out? Threesomes can get emotionally messy.

I would be most careful with this. I know of some people who have done this, and it was the end of some friendships. Think hard and long about how you will feel after whatever is done with/to whoever. What are you expected to do to whom? Will you have sex with both of the others, or just the man,and if so what is he expecting you do to? I would say get some answers and set ground rules. If you are uncomfortable with any part of this DON'T. You will have nothing to be sorry of, and doesn't mean you are weak by any means. This is a thing that could turn bad quick. Please let us know. The final decision is yours and only you can make that decision. Asher.

Thanks a lot for these comments...I really appreciate them. Just to clarify a few things, I only met these people on the weekend so there isn't really any chance or ruining the friendship. I would think that I would be having intercourse with both male and female parties, but I am not 100% sure on the guy yet. I am still really cautious and I will be using adequate protection if I chose to proceed with this. There will also be ground rules laid down clearly. I will keep you posted though as to my decision.......

I say so what....your only 19 years old have fun!!!!! These are the years before you commit to any relationship to sow those wild oats. I'm sure your cautious and will use protection so if you want to then just do it and don't worry about being with a guy at your age it's mostly about how good it feels and trying different things is the best way to learn about what feels good to you. There is nothing wrong with experimentation in sex so have a great time and leave the feelings of what would people think at the bedroom door.
