hey, so me and my girlfriend had sex a few hours ago, she gave me oral sex for quite some time, and it was very.... rough. i took a pee and it didnt hurt/didnt notice anything, but i just got home and noticed my foreskin was swelling around the head, i can still pull the foreskin behind the head without any pain.

ive done some research looking at other peoples cases, im just making sure this isnt one of those "get to the emergency room or it will be amputated"

any advice would help cuz i dont really know anything about whats happening

Relax nothing bad will happen. It will clear on its own.

The emergency room visit only becomes necessary, if the foreskin is pulled back, and then swells, cutting off to blood supply to the head. You can usually squeeze the blood out of the head with your fingers. If not, you can usually get the foreskin forward with vegetable or baby oil. If neither of them works, you have 20 minutes to get to emergency. It's called paraphimosis. It is very rare.
