Failed 1st attempt at intercourse

I am a 25 year old male looking for some help/advice/answers. This past week I attempted having intercourse for the first time and the experience did not turn out well. A few notes concerning the situation: my penis is about 5 inches long when erect and I am uncircumsized. My foreskin is tight, when flacid I can pull my foreskin back to expose the head but when erect I can barely expose the top of the head before the skin retracts. I've tried streching exercises but they seem to make no difference. I've been masturbating regularly since I've been 16 years old, however I've only been able to *** when I use my palm to press down on the top of the penis and create friction as I wag the shaft back and forth. I've attempted masturbating the traditional way by stroking the shaft but this has never worked and I've received both hand jobs and oral sex from women in the past which never provided me much sensation and certainly never made me orgasim.

This leads me to the my first attempt at intercourse. I tried retracting the foreskin underneath the condum but the skin simple retracted. In addition I had great difficulty keeping the condum on. While I was able to stay erect the entire time, the only position I could attain was me lying flat on my back with my partner sitting on my penis. I attempted the missionary position with me on top, but I was unable to get my penis to stay in her vagina. I'm not sure if this is because my penis is too small but I tried desperatly to insert the penis and could barely reach, by the time I inserted it and attempted to thrust, it would easliy come right out. We also tried her bending over while standing and me going in from behind and me lying on top of her and trying to go in from behind but in both cases I couldn't get my penis to stay in while thrusting. Overall the entire event was dissapointing and demoralizing. In addition to being nervous about all of the affore mentioned factors, I never felt anything close to a sensation and while I was able to stay erect and let my partner enjoy (she has an orgasim) the one position I could achieve (with me on my back) for over an hour, I never came and have come out of the occassion worried I'll never be able to have sex. Am I doing something wrong? Is my penis simply to small to have sex? Is my foreskin too tight to enjoy sex? I have no idea where else to turn for answers. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Re: Failed 1st attempt at intercourse

You have a condition called phimosis. You need to do stretching exercises. Read about it here...
http://www.healthboards.com/boards/showthread.php?t=178155
It will probably take you a couple of months of daily stretching to reach your goal. Once its stretched the foreskin will glide easily back an forth over your glans and you will be amazed at the new feeling. Also when you have sex with a condom pull your foreskin back before rolling the condom on and enjoy the new feeling.

Re: Failed 1st attempt at intercourse

When you can pull your foreskin back, pull it back, put the condom on, and pull the foreskin forward, with the condom on it. That way, the foreskin plus condom will move like the foreskin normally does...back and forth across the head during sex.
Five inches is the average erect size, for men of all races. If you were falling out, it is because good sex is learned. Few of us are born knowing exactly how to have great sex. Part of the fun is learning how...and the unexpected explosions that happen. Don't beat yourself up. It leads to nothing positive.
If it were me, I would concentrate on the foreskin stretching exercises. A penis with the foreskin forward, and a condom on, is not all that responsive. If you get too vigorous, you can tear the foreskin, and then you have to take the time to heal. It is best to get this out of the way first. Most likely, with regular daily gentle stretching, you'll be there in about six weeks. Once you can retract, it will build your confidence. Try the condom when you are alone, so that you will be able to experiment, and get it right, without leaving the girl waiting.
Who isn't nervous, their first time. With knowledge and experience, come great things.
Best of luck with the stretching. Don't forget to do it regularly, and gently, for the quickest results.
