Re: how to stop have wet dreams

Wet dreams are natural for anyone who does not have sex or masturbates. It's called nocturnal emission.
If you don't want to have to deal with the mess then you have to masturbate at least once a week.
Don't be afraid to masturbate - it's normal and won't hurt you.

Re: how to stop have wet dreams

Masterbation is not a normal thing. It make the penis skin sensitive and loose its blood veins. The skin sensitivity increase with passage of time and continuous masturbating.
Two sexual activities, masturbation and anal sex, also harm to the vital sexual energy.

Your wet dreams are due to over sensitivity. If you want to get healthy. I will suggest the following easy tips.

Avoid masturbating, porno movies and magazines.
Daily jogging or walk in a natural beauty place.
Think about river, mountains, tree, flower etc. Whenever a sexual thought arises.
Eat light meals, avoid the fast foods. Use fruit juices.
When going to sleep, wash your penis with cold water. It will prevent the sensitivity and wetting.

Re: how to stop have wet dreams

G'day manbirdosanjh. I have heard that guys who sleep on their backs are more likely to have wet dreams. There's no proof that it works but, if you are really keen to avoid wet dreams, you could try sleeping on your side to test out the theory.

About the claims made by CoolBuddy: I am wary of people who make unsubstantiated assertions about what is "normal" as far as sexual activity is concerned. I have always been of the opinion that occasional masturbation is a totally harmless pleasure that is enjoyed by the vast majority of sane, sensible people of all ages.

There are some questions she needs to answer before her assertions are taken seriously:

1. Where is the medical or scientific proof that masturbation ". . .make the penis skin sensitive and loose its blood veins"?

2. What does she mean by "the vital sexual energy" and where is the medical or scientific proof for her assertion that masturbation is harmful to it?

3. What medical or scientific proof is there for the assertion that washing the penis with cold water before going to bed "...will prevent the sensitivity and wetting"?

Best wishes,

Fles

Although I don't have any scientific proof for these suggestions but I will explain it in following lines.

We know that the all systems in the nature, this universe are perfect. The natural way of getting sexual pleasure is the intercourse made by male and female.
The vagina structure and softness is quite different from a hard hand. So your penile skin will be effected with continuous masturbation.

All these assumptions are made according to the stories of patients of infertility cases.

I can't explain these things more clearly due to the nature of topic. But I will suggest manbirdosanjh to apply these tips once and tell us that if he was successful or not. Thanks

manbirdosanjh mentioned that he stopped masturbating, and occasional masturbating don't cause the wet dreams. Moreover, no one afraid of wetting once a week. A healthy person if wets once a week its quite normal, behind this it is a problem that should be resolved.

Re: how to stop have wet dreams

Nothing in the previous reply from CoolBuddy answers the serious concerns detailed in my post. I repeat:
It is unacceptable to make claims and then say, "I can't explain these things more clearly due to the nature of topic."

My best wishes

Re: how to stop have wet dreams

Ya I think we need to leave our spiritual beliefs out of this if that is where "Coolbuddy" is coming from. Firstly I see that "Coolbuddy" is a female and with that we need to note that your mind isn't wired the same as a males. We already know that women find it strange that us guys tend to play with our bodies as frequently as we do. You should know that it is very common for guys to say that they masterbated 3 or more times a day when in their teens. It is widely clinically excepted that it is "unhealthy" for males to not ejaculate. That is not a license for a sexual free for all but a note about male health. I see that the rest of this stuff is already covered so I don't need to go on further about that.
As far as wet dreams which is what this person is having problems with. It sounds like you have a great amount of sex drive. Be proud there pal. Masterbation is probably the best way to deal with the overdrive for now but it sounds like you are going to make your chosen partner very happy when you do find them. Don't worry, that is a sign that everything is in good shape and other than the mess and possibly lack of sleep this is not a problem.

Re: how to stop have wet dreams

Just wanted to say that as a female, I find it totally normal and healthy for men to masturbate at least once a day. If you're not having sex, you need to release your sexual tension somehow, so my advice would be to masturbate before bed and see if that reduces your wet dreams. If you find yourself still sexually aroused after masturbating, maybe masturbating every morning would be better, so by the time you go to bed you're not aroused anymore. It sounds like that other girl is trying to push her spiritual beliefs on everyone else.
