Post Prostate removal erection issues

I am coming up on one year since my prostate was removed via robotic surgery.
I am frustrated because: In addition to the shorter penis after surgery, I have used the pump which will inflate the penis, but it does not last, I also take Cialis daily with no natural erections or even partial occurring (Viagra did not have an effect either). I also use injection of Papaverine Phentolamine directly into the side of the penis( not fun!). The direct injection is the only way to achieve an erection BUT it does not feel normal, and seems insensitive. My penis has also developed a severe bend when erect, which prevents intercourse without pain
I also find that my desire (libido) has dropped to almost nothing. The only thing I have seen for libido is testosterone, Not recommended due to its connection with prostate cancer.

Thanks for listening.
Any suggestions? Do I just hang it up?

Re: Post Prostate removal erection issues

You could consider a penile implant. I had a RP with the same results as you. After an implant last year, I now have regained full sexual function. Google AMS 700 and if you want any further advice, please get back to me.
