Unhappy redness and bumps on glans
Well, this showed up a couple days ago and I'm a bit worried, my glans lost a bit of color, and there's 3 spots where there's little bumps and redness around it, they're not really big, they're pretty small, and also there's a spot on the side of my foreskin which is pretty tender, but it doesn't hurt, it just itches. I would really appreciate some help guys. Thanks

It sounds like balanitis, which can be caused by anything...switching soaps, or laundry detergents, or 1000 other things.
Try a little diaper cream with zinc oxide. It should do the trick.
