I am a 20 year old male and I have just started a sexual relationship and have a few problems.

First of all during my teenage years I could never masturbate to orgasm.
The first few times I had sex I didn’t realise that I was orgasming.
There isn’t a lot of feeling when I do orgasm.
The semen just dribbles out and doesn’t spurt.
I have recently tried masturbating and it now works but doesn’t feel really intense.

People say that the feeling when orgasming should be really intense, mine are not. It kind of feels good but not like everyone says it should.

Can anyone give me any advice. Im too embarrassed to go to a doctor.
