No Ejaculation, very worried Please help

I am 17 and since the age of 13 I have masturbated at least once every day, 2 days ago I realised that I am not ejaculating any more and I am very worried.

Usually if i masturbate a real lot I ejaculate a clear liquid but I am not getting anything. In case anyone needs to know, I dont have a sore penis or sore testicals or any abnormalities.

Also off the topic of this. Around the edge of the head of my penis I have little spots or something similar, it is all the way round, I am unsure but I think this could be genital warts, its probably not but if so is there any way to get rid of genital warts without going to your doctor.

Thanks in advance

Do you get an orgasm, but no ejaculation? If you are definitely having an orgasm and there is no ejaculation at all and thats the first time you masturbated for the day, that is a sign of something wrong that you need to see a doctor about. Did you have normal ejaculations before? Were they always clear? If you ejaculated before and now it stopped, that could be a sign of a blocked ejaculatory duct near the prostate. It also could be the valve that prevents you from urinating while ejaculating isn't functioning properly. Do you notice if your urine is cloudy after you masturbate? If so, that is a sign that your ejaculation is actually going into your bladder instead of out your penis.

If you can answer these questions, we may be able to give you a better diagnosis.

As for those spots around the edge of the head of your penis, those sound like pearly penile papules, and are normal in uncut guys. There's not much you can do about them, but they are harmless and they may disappear gradually on their own, and may come back from time to time. They are not a disease or anything, and like I said a lot of uncut guys have them. They usually just stay along the ridge of the glans.

Yep I have an orgasm, the last time i masturbated was like 14 hours ago, I always had normal ejaculations before, i dont think I ever ejaculated a lot because of my frequent masturbation, they werent always clear, usually white but sometimes they are clear, my urine may be a little cloudy I havent checked yet.

I really cant go to the docs, im too embarrased, is there anything i could do myself, like for instance stop masturbating for a while or massage somewhere?

When you say uncut do you mean uncircumcised, cos I actually have been circumcised at a very young age.

Hope you can help <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">
Thanks

I'd like to suggest that you stop masturbating for a few days to a week and NO other sexual stuff that would create an ejaculation. You need to get really clear about what is happening before we can help. If in fact you are not ejaculating anything but have in the past, then there may be a problem. However, you may be "running low" and need a bit of rest to allow your body to produce an amount of semen that can tell us what may be happening. Sometimes an ejaculation is almost clear and other times its creamy and whitish in color or may even have some yellow jelly-like substance (that is actually the sperm content of the ejaculation!) So, hate to say this....take a rest and then try again and let us know what happens!

I don't want to say that Focus was 100% wrong in his assment but he is off base in saying that something may be wrong. It is possible for a man to teach himself techniques that will make him orgasm and not ejaculate. So just because a guy orgasms but doesn't ejaculate there is something wrong with him. In a lot of cases it is completely normal.

Everything else he said is true. You could be ejaculating into your bladder, or there may be other problems. When you orgasm and don't ejaculate do you feel the "normal" post ejaculation lethargy and refractory period or are you ready to go again immediatly? If you can go again immediatly you may just be a multi-orgasmic male. A pretty rare thing to occur natually but not unheard of.

If you want to get technical about it, yes that is true that you can have an orgasm without an ejaculation, and an ejaculaton without an orgasm. I know they are 2 distinct things. However, like you said, it requires training to be able to orgasm without ejaculating, and its extremely unusual for someone to be able to do that. Possible, yes. But unusual. I was assuming that Devoid wasn't one of the 0.01% of the population who has trained himself to be able to orgasm without ejaculating. If he knew how to do that consciously, he would know why he's not ejaculating then, right?

Sorry if I sound curt, but I was a bit peeved with your statement.

When you ejaculate into your bladder it is usually caused by a problem with the valve that closes off the bladder from the urethra when you ejaculate. It is called retrograde ejaculation.

Retrograde ejaculation can be corrected through either medication or surgery depending on the case. Also, some prescription medications and other complications such as diabetes can cause retrograde ejaculation.

It's not a big deal really, and there's no need to have it fixed unless you want to have children.

Re: No Ejaculation, very worried Please help

are these spots just around the outer edge of the head of your penis, or all over?
How big are they, and how many are there ??

If they are small and just around the edge of the head, then they are pretty normal.

Try taking Zinc. I know its a vitamin but it's found in semen. Plus, Zinc should be taken for normal growth and development.
