Ok about 3 months ago I was kicked in the balls. Well about 1 or 2 later I went to see the doc and he mentioned I had a small hydrocele and it was nothing to worry about. Well lately my balls have been kind of sensitive and sorta sore... im not sure if its blue balls or what.... can you guys give me some info?
I'm not quite sure what the problem could be. I can tell you that YOU would know if it's "blue balls", this is caused by heavy petting or masturbating or being in a sexual position but NOT reaching orgasm and ejaculating. The pain is actually caused by the increased blood to the region that sorta hangs around when it's not used to complete the process (ejaculation.) If that isn't the issue then its something else. Are you into sports and possibly not using some support to keep your equipment supported? How about doing alot of lifting, this too can cause some pain in that area. Hope some of this helps!
lance, just want to clarify "blue Balls". this is pain caused by congestion of seminal fluid, and sperm, in the seminal vesicles and prostate after repeated states of arousal without ejaculation. matteo
Epididymitis - <pathology> Inflammation of the epididymis, usually the result of a bacterial infection.
Symptoms include testicular pain and swelling.
If not cared for ASAP it will really hurt. Generally cured in a few days with a good strong antibiotic. Cipro works well and is broad spectrum; Sulfa types work well too if you are not allergic.
The epididymis are vestules that connect the testes to the urethra. The urethra conveys urine from the bladder to the penis. A few inches from the penis the urethra also connects to the epididymis. This conveys seminal fluid from the testes to the penis. Since the epididymis attaches to the urethra, anytime you have a urinary tract infectiion (UTI) it is possible that some bacterium may pass to the epididymis where it can spread. One morning you may wake up, reach down and think someone did a transplant with an elephant (scrotum only). See your doctor. If this is what it is, it's a quick fix. If not, unless you want to sing soprano <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/eek.gif">, take care of yourself.

Thanks AM... well I don't think there is any swelling, maybe a little in the right testicle, maybe I just always think there is something wrong. I did go see a doctor like a month and a half ago and he made me do the whole cough thing and everything checked out fine except the hydracele. Im not sure if the pain is coming from the testicle itself or like the lower part of my stomach. I am starting to think its the lower part of my stomach where the pain is coming from...
Well its just a pain in the butt. I am thinking it is just sore parts around my legs from where I sit at the computer all the time LOL because when I change seating position it stops... but my right ball is a tad bit sensitive, maybe it should be and i am over reacting. Thanks guys
your balls should NOT hurt or be sensitive from sitting, you may want to change the type underwear you wear, and maybe are your pants/jeans to tight, but in any case I would still call the doctors, if you do , explain to the receptionist you NEED to talk to the Doc.
No my balls aren't aching when I sit down at the computer I think its my lower back and legs because I spend a lot of time at the computer... my right one is a little sensitive, not like I touch it and it hurts just a little sensitive. I mean, everything works, I pee fine and nothing in the urine, and sperm comes out well and looks fine... Thanks for the concern keil <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">
