OK, this 15 minutes you're talking about, is that actual penetration time or "active sexual behavior?" If so, I think you're doing damn good. Some of us have a really difficult time keeping things going for that amount of time. Maintaining and erection and delaying orgasm takes much practice and alot of skill building. I'd suggest you keep working at it. And remember, many factors come into play here that can effect the mind of your tool...and believe me it does have a mind of it's own!
Like I said before, 15 minutes of "working time" is damn good and you should be very glad. 5 minutes of an agressive pace seems to be great! You'll have to ask her if that's working for her. If not, try lot's of foreplay and make sure she gets what she's there for and then take care of yourself. Then, chances are you'll both get what came for! (no pun intended!)
Have you tried using a condom (I assume you aren't)? That will reduce sensitivity a bit and delay the ejac response. Also, get used to stopping DEAD and I mean DEAD if you feel you're approaching that point of no return; work it out in advance with your GF, so she won't think YOU are dead when you stop pumping!
I noticed that when my boyfriend and i change positions often and throw in some foreplay in between, that he lasts a lot longer. When we just decide to have straight up sex... (quickie) we usually can both get off within 3-5 minutes. If we change things around, full penetration lasts about 15-20 minutes. But yes kegel excersizes do help. I wouldn't stop doing them.. after awhile you will notice the difference.

Ok, I've read about Kegel exercises, and I understand what they are and how to do them, but could you guys explain in a little more depth how doing kegel's helps you last longer during sex? I'm not sure I fully understand why you recommend to keep doing kegels. Thanks!
Sex therapists use this one: masturbate untill you feel like your going to orgasm, stop, grip the head of your penis hard, not so hard to hurt yourself, but hard.....Keep holding on untill you feel like your not going to orgasm. Keep doing this untill you can't stand it anymore....This will help endurance, and by the way, its one hell of an orgasm.....
Squeeze the PC muscles just before you are coming and keep them squeezed .
You will not ejaculate , or only a little bit and be able to stay completely hard or at least be able to recover much faster than from a full orgasm.
