okay...on the head of my penis I have what seems to be 2 holes. I have the usual hole...but then just below it I have a little "thing". Its like a little indentation (the same size and shape of my normal hole). But at one part of the indentation there is a little hole. I always thought this was normal until I was watching a porno and a guy's penis was in a closeup and I saw he only had the normal hole. WHAT the hell is wrong with my penis? Does anyone else know of this? I know I only urinate out of the regular hole...but I notice that sometimes when I ejaculate - sometimes I get a little coming out of the "2 hole". What is wrong with it? Why is it like that? And HOW did it happen...and is there any advantage or disadvantage. etc??

There is a condition where some of us develop with two holes or one hole in the wrong place. I suspect that nothing is wrong however, next time you're in for a physical I'd let the doc take a look. Have you been in for physicals before? Has no doctor ever noticed and commented? I'd just get an opinion so as not to wonder or worry about it!

I have been in for physicals before. Years ago...but nonetheless nobody has ever said anything about it. I mean, I was win high school I think, the last time a doctor actually looked at me penis. Anyother time I went to a doctor after that it wasnt needed. Its a little embarassing to go to a doctor and ask about it as well. You have no more information on it??

BTW, I know it's embarassing to have a doc look at the penis, feel it and touch it but remember...it's their job, they've seen hundreds of penises!

Make an appointment with a urologist that is experienced with Hypospadias. From your description, you may have hypospadias which is where some fellows are born with the urethra opening at some other place on their penis than at the tip. At present, no one really knows what causes this problem, but it can go along with fellows that also have Klinefelter Syndrome. If you do have hypospadias you have a very mild form. In your case, it would be mostly a peace of mind thing knowing what you have since you don't seem to have any problems urinating.
