2 "holes" in penis?? Anyone know about this???

okay...on the head of my penis I have what seems to be 2 holes. I have the usual hole...but then just below it I have a little "thing". Its like a little indentation (the same size and shape of my normal hole). But at one part of the indentation there is a little hole. I always thought this was normal until I was watching a porno and a guy's penis was in a closeup and I saw he only had the normal hole. WHAT the hell is wrong with my penis? Does anyone else know of this? I know I only urinate out of the regular hole...but I notice that sometimes when I ejaculate - sometimes I get a little coming out of the "2 hole". What is wrong with it? Why is it like that? And HOW did it happen...and is there any advantage or disadvantage. etc??

There is a condition where some of us develop with two holes or one hole in the wrong place. I suspect that nothing is wrong however, next time you're in for a physical I'd let the doc take a look. Have you been in for physicals before? Has no doctor ever noticed and commented? I'd just get an opinion so as not to wonder or worry about it!

Re: 2 "holes" in penis?? Anyone know about this???

I have been in for physicals before. Years ago...but nonetheless nobody has ever said anything about it. I mean, I was win high school I think, the last time a doctor actually looked at me penis. Anyother time I went to a doctor after that it wasnt needed. Its a little embarassing to go to a doctor and ask about it as well. You have no more information on it??

Sure don't, maybe someone else may respond. Keep checking back here for a while, there doesn't seem to be too much "traffic" on the board right now. Take care! BTW, I know it's embarassing to have a doc look at the penis, feel it and touch it but remember...it's their job, they've seen hundreds of penises!

Make an appointment with a urologist that is experienced with Hypospadias. From your description, you may have hypospadias which is where some fellows are born with the urethra opening at some other place on their penis than at the tip. At present, no one really knows what causes this problem, but it can go along with fellows that also have Klinefelter Syndrome. If you do have hypospadias you have a very mild form. In your case, it would be mostly a peace of mind thing knowing what you have since you don't seem to have any problems urinating.

A fellow that has Klinefelter Syndrome has to have at least one or more extra "X" Chromosomes, but can also have a number of other symptoms like hypogonadism, gynecomastia, learning disabilities, lack of body and facial hair, poor muscle tone, hand and body tremors(tremors aren't a good indication as they can be caused by many other things), small testicles, small or micro penis, or hypospadias among other things. Now, many of these males are DXed with amniocentiesis(sp?) in the uterus. However, others like myself are DXed when we get married and attempt to father children, as we all have low to zero sperm counts.

My urethra opening IS in the correct spot, I just happen to have something extra. I dont urinate from it.

Even if your urethral opening is located in the correct spot, if you have an additional opening that ejaculate comes out of sometimes, you may still have hpyospadias.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Hey "V"
Theres a young man over on the General Health board asking questions about Klinefelter (sp?) Sydrome. If you get a minute I thought I'd suggest that you take a stab at his questions, he' under the name "Varney" Thanks! Lance2

Re: 2 "holes" in penis?? Anyone know about this???

THANK YOU very much for your help V. Is it a good sign however that i do not suffer from any of the following symptoms that you listed: (hypogonadism, gynecomastia, learning disabilities, lack of body and facial hair, poor muscle tone, hand and body tremors(tremors aren't a good indication as they can be caused by many other things), small testicles, small or micro penis)

A friend of mine has two "holes" like you describe. There is nothing wrong. Some men have them and some men don't. Don't worry about it.
[This message has been edited by Hawksworth (edited 08-15-2001).]
