First of all I am a GUY I am 18. I know that guys dont have real boobs but they of course DO have nipples (DUH).
Now that you know the backround information, I was in the shower a few days ago I noticed one of my nipples was sticking out the other wasnt. I squeezed both in the exact same spot and one has this little lump right underneath it and the other doesnt.
What do you guys think? Please dont say see a doctor because our doctor is an HMO and an unconcerned jerk.

Just because you're a man doesn't mean that you CAN'T have breast cancer. And a lump in the breast MAY or MAY NOT mean that.

I repeat, GO SEE A DOCTOR. Hopefully, it's nothing, but trust me, you don't want to take a chance! Who cares what kind of guy your doctor is-- just go anyway.
