I've used one a few times, but I haven't used on in a while. It's definitely nice - a different kind of feeling and orgasm. Kindda strange - its almost like it numbs your penis, and then you just kind of go into orgasm. The orgasm is great though, and the ejaculation seems to be more. But it doesn't offer the same great overall sensual experience and control that a good hand job offers. But its a nice change of pace once in a while.
