exercises

Does anyone know of any good exercises to keep the penis functioning in tip top performance? Thanks.

After re-reading my post I realised that it may sound like I am joking. This is a serious question. I know exercises for most of the body and have heard that there are exercises for the sexual parts. My aerobics instructor stresses strong abdominal muscles as well as strong glutious maximus (the butt) muscles to keep in shape for sex, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any other exercises.

You can do Kegal Exercises. Kegals strengthen the PC or pubicocus(sp) muscle. Basically what you do is isolate the muscle that you use to stop peeing midstream. Once you know which muscle to "tighten" you can do sets of them clenching, holding, then releasing. Once you've strengthened the PC muscle you will have better control over your orgasms, they will be longer and more intense. There are also some breathing exercises that when combined with Kegals that will allow you to seperate your orgasm and your ejaculation. Once you are able to controll your ejaculation you will be able to become multiorgasmic.

I agree with both posts, Kegels are good for penis health and better control....but masturbation is the best way to keep the equipment in good working order. So, masturbate all you'd like and have fun!
