Two nights ago, I masturated and used some lotion thing. That night the tip of my penis was very sensitive... The next morning the tip of the shaft was bright red... I thought it would go away, but never did and is still ike that today... It feels fine when i pee and doesnt hurt anymore... It's possible the "lotion thing" you used caused this reaction. I'm sure you washed it a few times since then also. (Which is going to help)
It's possible some of the lotion got inside and is causing the irritation.
1st of all don't use this lotion anymore. Keep an eye on it for a couple of days, if it gets worse call your doctor and talk to them.
If you burnt it or had a reaction to the lotion, it's possible it will go away on it's own. BUT I wouldn't give it to much time.
Once it's all over and you and your equipment are back to normal, use a water based lube when you masterbate. It might be a bit messy but you shouldn't have problems with those.
