I need your help. I am 18 years old and have never had sex. I have masterbated. I noticed I had a red bump at the base of my penus and a smaller bump with a head on the penus. Both bumps are very sore. I feel the one at the base as my penus become erect. I saved the area so I could get a better look at it. I tried to but some vaginal cream on it, but it hasn't done anything. I was wondering if anybody has experienced this before.
