Unless you are going to be giving me a hand job what I like really doesn't matter. Every guy is different and what I like your guy may hate. If you and the person you are with can't communicate these things to each other then I don't really think you should be doing them.
So basically what I like is when a woman asks me what I want then does it.

Yes firm is better most women are not firm enough. Besides that I think it is too difficult to describe. Only ever had one women that was really good at it. See what I mean right there you would ruin it for me a lot of times I don't like lube. This is exactly what I was talking about in my post every guy is different and the only way you can do it right for your guy is to ask <B>HIM</B>
Just don't be afraid to really get a grip on it, I think most women think it's incredibly fragile and have to be super-careful. Also be consistent I guess. Main thing is just ask your partner what feels good.
