It may be nothing, then again it could be something since you've had unprotected sex. I suspect that it is NOT just a pimple as that would have long been gone. If it's nothing, at least you know that it is nothing to worry about. However, you could be spreading an STD and not know it! Let us know what the doc says. By the way, he/she has seen penises before so you have nothing to worry about, for some reason seeing a doc over something to do with our equipment is difficult to do.
