| Re: Oral Sex and STD's???
Oral sex generally has a low incidence of passing many STD's although it can happen. I'll try to answer it in parts.
Firstly, Herpes can be passed easily from one partner to another through skin contact. If one person has oral herpes (HSV1) on the lips or mouth, they can pass it onto the receiving partner.
Generally Genital warts is caused be direct genital to genital contact. It is very easy to pass on also. But generally only happens when genitals and genitals touch. HIV is highly unlikely to be passed on through oral sex. You can pass on Gonorrohoea though. If someone has gonorrohoea in their penis or urethra, they can pass it on to the person giving oral sex and give them pharangeal gonorrhoea.
Good Luck,
